Poolscapes of Charlotte

This is absolutely the best place to get a pool in Charlotte. They worked with us every step of the way helping us pick out the best model for our yard! Their installation was fast and they were really considerate of our current landscape and future plans. They had wonderful advice on the inspection including making sure our fence was appropriate. We had a wonderful training session about how to maintain the pool, and best of all, they have kept in contact with us and helped with all our questions. When we were researching a pool, 5 out of our 5 friends who used a DIFFERENT pool installation company were ghosted as soon as the pool was installed. We trust Poolscapes completely and would use them all over again for another pool!

5 stars rating “before” we signed with Poolscapes, “during” while the work was in progress and “after” when the work was completed! They stay engaged with you!!! Every step of the way, any questions/concerns/issues were and have been responded to quickly, addressed and remedied by Poolscapes. More recently one of our LED lights went out and Poolscapes took care of it. Unfortunately the replacement (from the LED lights manufacturer) was a slightly different color than the remaining two lights. I contacted Poolscapes and told them about the color difference and they helped to get the other two lights swapped out! Great experience from beginning to the end of the process! I highly recommend Poolscapes of Charlotte for their exceptional customer service. The entire team is friendly and knowledgeable. They are quick to respond to any concerns or questions. I recently requested service for my pool they installed in 2022. I emailed Kathy and she responded within a few hours and sent someone out the next day to take a look at my issue.

I did a ton of research on pool products, pool companies, I spoke with current customers from various companies, and even unofficially interviewed the installers in person, prior to settling on Poolscapes of Charlotte with a San Juan Fiberglass Pool. That research paid off! The pool delivery and installation were smooth. Everything that could potentially cost more was explained in advance and there were no “surprise” charges. Justin and his installation crew were so professional. The teamwork was top notch. I often saw them double checking each other’s measurements and verifying details before they did anything.
