This place is amazing! There is no other place in northern Utah that is as big of help as poolwerx. They helped me day after day get my hot tub water figured out. They ran samples of my hot tub water and slowly we got it back on track. If I could give this business a 10 star rating I would.

The customer service can’t be beat!!!! Stephanie has helped me every single time I go in, which is every few weeks to take care of my hot tub. She is the BEST!!!

THE BEST POOL COMPANY. their store is always clean and there's always a welcoming smile and environment as soon as you walk in. they've helped educate me on just how to take care of my new pool, and didn't for one second make me feel stupid. Stefani was awesome and quick to help! definitely will be recommending these guys for all my pool friends, and will be using their services from now on.

The company really lacks in maturity. They came in and messed with my equipment to the point my pool was overflowing and my spa loosing water. We worked through that and had to have our original company come fix the heater. They had messed with the equipment. They scheduled to clean out filters constantly so they can charge you more. Very disappointing.

Do NOT give Poolwerx your business or money. I signed a contract with this company in late May for biweekly hot tub maintenance at a property in Morgan. The contract explicitly states that a deep clean and fill were included as part of the service every three months. Their office manager, LeeAnn, relentlessly called me multiple times a day just to collect payment information—but after that, it was radio silence. I called multiple times the week following remitting my payment information and contract to LeeAnn to confirm when their first service would be scheduled. Despite finally confirming service would begin the week of June 9, no one showed up. Fast forward to the last week of June, and I finally get a text from a technician stating he couldn't service the hot tub because he "didn't h
