Was sold the wrong chemicals for my hot tub after coming in to have my water tested! Had to drain and refill my hot tub in the middle of winter. Wasted time, money and the inconvenience!! Stay away

We had a very challenging backyard for a pool install (right space on a slope). PPS did a great job making a pool(16x28 salt water radiant pool) a reality for us; we use it everyday. We had some special challenges during this build and I was very impressed with how professional and accommodating PPS was, they made me feel like our project was very important to them and did an excellent job!

Our pool building experience was superb with this company. Fantastic costumer service and they operate like a well oiled machine. Couldn't be happier!

Rude and unhelpful. Bought a house with a pool 7yrs ago knowing the liner would need to be replaced. We had them open the pool for us but being novice owners we didnt realize it meant they come into your yard unannounced and just turn on the pump. Ok, that was a $150 lesson. Next came the constant lack of customer service. Why is our filter blowing sand into the pool? They came out 2x but didnt fix it bc it was always something else. Of course by now they've entered our backyard without notice multiple times and LEFT THE GATES WIDE OPEN. We foster dogs so this really upset us. We asked them to please tell us when they would be coming. Well, they couldn't do that. We replace the liner and for some stupid reason went with them. Right away liner is slipping on the sides. Poolwerx techs have been to my house for pool opening and 3 subsequent equipment replacement and repairs since 5/12. Each tech has been knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Thanks to Jesse for continuing to respond to our unexpected issues and requests for service during the very busy season!!
