My keys fell into an unrecoverable hole Monday night. I sent an email at 6 am Tuesday and got a response within about an hour. We made an appointment and a very skilled, capable young woman met me at my car exactly when she said she would. Savannah carefully unlocked my door and made a brand new key with proper programing and accurate cutting while I went and got a coffee. Full service key replacement, done In the parking lot where my car was stranded, on the same day I called for about 350$. Remarkable service and a surprisingly low price. I spoke with 2 women who work there and both were knowledgeable and professional. I very much recommend pop a lock if you need any services. also, I hope you find your keys. Thank you Savannah 😊

Super, super impressed w/ these folks. They were able to make a new mechanical key for my 2023 Pacifica even though I didn't have one to copy. They also made a 2nd electronic FOB, Chrysler branded and identical looking to OEM, as well as 2nd mechanical key at the same time. They came to my office to do it too! The price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend these folks, excellent service, reasonable price, very professional!

This is a great company. They give you a quote on the phone (many locksmith companies tell you they have to come to your car to give you a quote). They came right when they said, quickly made new keys for me, and the price was as promised. A very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Pop-A-Lock Dedham.
