His service was exceptional from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable and explained everything I had a question about. I would definitely recommend him and the company.

I had a great experience with Vicente Jimenez from Pop a Lock. Within minutes of submitting a request for roadside with my insurance app, I received a call from their dispatch and the technician with an ETA of 15-20 minutes. Vicente arrived promptly and greeted me with a smile. He changed out my tire quickly and gave me some safety tips for driving on my spare. Overall, he was friendly and professional. He made what started out as a stressful morning into a very smooth situation.

Martin was a great technician. He replaced my battery in a timely manner while also teaching me about what type of car battery I needed; something that Autozone didn’t care to do the last time I replaced my battery with them. They sold me the wrong one. Martin was friendly and efficient. He told me all about my warranty, gave me a business card, and said to call Pop-a-Lock for any further needs. Highly recommend their services!

Vicente pulled up to the truck shook my hand, he had a great attitude for someone working in Valentines day, he said he had been busy. Pop'd my lock in less than 10 mins. Half hour altogether from the dispatch to me driving away! He was clean ,courteous and, professional! Thanks again!
