Pop-A-Lock

Day after the 2026 blizzard. My car would not start. I called my roadside assistance. Pop-A-Lock was the provider. They came very quickly. The technician, Buff, spoke English clearly and respectfully. Gave me advice on what may be reason for car not starting. Thanks Mr Buff.

A roadside repair request was sent to them through my insurance. They came and had my Spare on within 45 minutes. The technician was very nice and effecient.

Shawn was amazing. He showed up early was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. He had all the equipment he needed to get the job done. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. I would highly recommend him.

These guys are very communicating from the start. They keep you updated if the time changes for your appointment! In my case it was earlier than expected so I appreciate it that. Technician was awesome, great guy and answer all my questions! Give me a raise!

The technician was able to help jumpstart my car very quickly. Never had the battery die on me so i was obv very nervous & it was freezing. But so happy they came to help!
