Pop Pop's Plumbing and Tom Fallon absolutely rock! Two of my mom's pipes burst and despite an extremely busy schedule with other customers and missing meals trying to get to everyone, Tom made it to my mom's and fixed everything. Excellent service! Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Pop Pop’s Plumbing a million times over if I had to. I submitted a message on their website late at night for an issue with my main water line and by the next morning I heard back from them and was able to schedule an appointment. Just so happened an opening had come up and Thomas was able to come the same day. Thomas and his son were extremely professional & honest and explained everything to me so I could understand fully what was going on. Going forward, Pop Pop’s Plumbing is who I’m calling when I need a plumber. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Tom was an excellent Master Plumber! I had a leak found thru a home inspection and was very worried, because they didn’t know where exactly it was coming from. I found Pop Pop’s Plumbing thru Lacey Chatter, many people had said he was wonderful and they were right. Tom took the time to go thru and check pretty much all of the plumbing in the crawl space and above to pin point what was leaking. This was definitely a big challenge but he did it so calmly and with ease. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, and what he was going to do to remediate the issue and test it to make sure it was fixed.
