Excellent design assistance and access to samples to bring on site. Just be aware that you may have long lead times depending on what tile you pick. Ours was stunning and worth the wait.

Horrible - no inventory. No supply. Poor customer service. I have no idea why they are even in business here in states. STAY AWAY! Mass exodus of employees! Not worth the headache. Call Tarah at Daltile, or MSI or Arizona tile if you need sales info, product and/or pricing. This place is misery!

Friendly staff. However, they sell only a countertop materials called KRION which only two contractors are able to fabricate them, and both turned out to be extremely unreliable! We planned on using KRION for our kitchen countertop and we were given Integrity Countertops and Korban names to use. We contacted both companies who agreed to do the job, however, even though both agreed to give us bids and come to the job site, they never showed up and ignored all our follow-up texts and emails, wasting our time and efforts! Porcelainosa should not recommend these two unreliable contractors. If you are looking for reliable fabricators, look elsewhere and save yourself time and headache!

Awful service, took a week to get us a quote that only had 3 items on it. Also they are way overpriced for tile that looks like it was made with a cheap printer. The designs are pixelated if you look close enough which looks super fake and cheap. Would not recommend. You can find much hugher quality tile for 1/3 price at any other tile store.
