This review could have been avoided if they simply responded to my email. What began as a good initial meeting for an estimate ended poorly, and I would caution doing business with them. I am omitting names because I believe it is more of a reflection on how the company chooses to operate than the individuals employed. We received an estimate for a glass enclosed room and asked follow-up questions via email, which included whether there was any flexibility in the pricing they provided. I sent two follow-up emails to our Sales Rep that went unresponded to. Two weeks later, I called the Sales Rep and asked if he had received my emails, to which he confirmed he did with a long pause. Very pleased with how the owner and installation professionals worked with us to ensure we made the right choices for what we had in mind for the three-season porch conversion. Also, they gave no push-back when it came to the final touches. Scheduling was an on-going process in which we had to participate to bring the project to conclusion. But again, all worked out just fine, and Susan in the front office did an excellent job as communicator and billing specialist.
