I went to pick up my 87yo mother for an appointment on Middleton Drive. Their concrete truck was completely blocking the public street illegally and would not suspend pouring for a few seconds for me to go around. I got out of my car to ask in English and in Spanish for them to move, and all the workers said, "No." I was told they would be done in a few seconds, and they were not done. I told them in English and Spanish they need men with flags at the previous intersection to direct traffic away if they are going to block a public road. The leader told me flagmen are the builder's responsibility. I said, " The builder is not here, so it is your responsibility." The crew leader said I should have seen the truck when I came down the road. I said the previous intersection is a quarter mile aw

Just wanted to give a shout out to Donté ( I’m sure I spelled that wrong) for having such a pleasant personality. Met him today on my lunch break and despite the circumstances, he displayed great customer service, and a very pleasant personality. This is a rare find these days, and I appreciate it!
