As a new customer I have had a wonderful initial experience with Port City Pest. Angus was both friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to offer options to fit my needs and provide assistance for someone to be at our home within 24 hours. Donovan arrived the next day promptly on time with a prior heads up. He was also extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He took time to explain the game plan, and answer all questions above and beyond. I never felt rushed with addressing our needs and he made sure to explain a follow up plan. After having researching several companies, I am so happy that I chose Port City Pest.

These guys were excellent. I requested an inspection on Friday and they were there Monday right on time. I had contact info with my technician and could track his arrival time (he called and got permission to come early). The technician was knowledgeable and efficient with my time. If you get a chance, talk to Angus - good ole boy - enjoyable to talk to.

We enjoyed 5 Star service from Port City Pest! Angus and Coty stayed in contact with us throughout several visits over a few weeks. They worked in tandem with Crawlspace Concepts to schedule their visits and procedures in a way that helped each other finish their separate jobs in the best way possible. Coty came out first to inspect our crawl space and grounds, and spent a considerable amount of time talking with us about each step of the job. Angus acted as expeditor throughout the process. Both were professional and amiable and have had many years of experience. We were happy that Crawlspace Concepts referred us to them, and not just for the 10% discount, but more for their reliability and the thorough job they did.

Excellent service and quick response time! I love using PCP for their quarterly service and they have also helped take care of some specific pest needs for us too! I love how efficient they are with communication and how they make sure out expectations are met each service. Highly recommend!

Coty is so extremely thorough and has helped us fix any issues we have had with rodent access to our attic or crawl space. On top of that, he is friendly and easy to communicate with to work through these issues. Top notch professional!
