I was searching for someone to install a bird barrier for my solar panels and clean them at the same time. So, I asked around in my neighborhood, and one of them recommended that I call and email Port City Power Washing. I spoke to Casey, who responded to my email and asked him if he could give me a quote. In a few minutes, he sent me an email and provided the most reasonable quote compared to other companies. Casey ordered the parts for the bird barrier and installed it after cleaning my solar panels on the same day. I even asked him if he could take some pictures if he saw any broken tiles on my roof or any gutters that needed to be cleaned. I’m hoping that my experience with this company, and Casey in particular, is an anomaly. Twice he scheduled an appointment with me and twice he didn’t show up. First it was a dog issue, so I understood and we rescheduled. Second he just didn’t show, nor answer his phone. Both times I had rescheduled my patients to meet him. If this is normal business practices, my suggestion is find another company. Shows no integrity. Sad.
