We had a broken spring and the garage door would not move at all. They came out the same day and replaced the spring fast. The tech also checked the cables and made sure the door was balanced. Everything works great again and the service was very professional.

He straightened the track, reset the opener limits, and re‑aimed the safety sensors so the beam wasn’t getting blocked. He ran the door multiple times to make sure it closed correctly every time. It was a fast fix, but he still took the time to explain everything so we didn’t feel rushed.
