After adding on a 3 season room last year, we needed someone to redo/extend our back patio and add some landscaping. My husband found Portico via Google and we scheduled the first meeting. We were immediately impressed with Chris and Dawson. Their professionalism and kindness continued throughout the entire project. We didn’t really have a vision in mind but they helped us create one and then produced it! We really appreciated the upfront planning and prep work they did to make sure we’d be happy with the finished product. Portico did an outstanding job converting our half bath to a full bath. We have a half bath in a small space that I wanted to convert into a full bath. I spoke with multiple contractors about it, but I didn't get confidence. I almost dropped this project, but after speaking with Dawson, I gained confidence, and he immediately sent us multiple layouts, reference photos and a precise price. We had a lot of questions, and he answered them all thoroughly.
