I played bass with Zone Rouge for seven months here. This place rocks. You know where to find me if you want an awesome bass, guitar or vocalist. I can learn several songs very quickly and be show ready.

Amazing space, Great community.

I think this is very likely the best band practice space in town. It's very regularly cleaned, which we all know can be a pretty major factor with some spaces. The management is responsive and professional, I've had a great relationship with them for around 15 years I think. All-hours access is very handy of course, on many occasions I've loaded in from shows way past midnight, or recorded into the wee hours. There's a cool balcony for all your break time hangout needs, and a pool table/foosball if that's your thing. Never really had an issue here, I really value that reliability. The quality of bands is generally quite high too, it's common to hear something really cool going on down the hallway. Great practice space for musicians looking for a more permanent solution to renting rehearsal rooms! Rachelle is a great communicator and has been super accommodating to get our band into our new room at the new Holgate location. They've thought of everything. Security is well thought out. Cameras and individual key cards. Personalized locks for the rehearsal spaces. The place is tidy even during their final construction phase I've been impressed by the attention to neatness. I'm hopeful things continue to be done at least this well with Portland Cement Studios!
