Jonny is a very rude person,and lacks of skills to be in the position he is in. Disrespectful person to deal with, he needs to realize that he is in a regular civilian world now. Can't just approach people the way he does. He does not represent MMR.
The attention is very poor, they dont do what they're supposed to and the lady at the lobby seems that works without any interest.
