I’m so pleased with the work Jose did on Monday, February 9, 2026. He cleaned wall-to-wall carpet across all three floors of my townhome — living room, staircase, three bedrooms, hallways, and landings — and the results are outstanding. Everything looks bright, fresh, and smells great. The carpets hadn’t been deep cleaned in easily a year and a half. I really appreciated that Jose came personally rather than sending a team. It meant he and I could talk through exactly what needed to be done without me feeling overwhelmed by a crew of workers in my home. I recently had hip replacement surgery and was very limited in my ability to move anything. Jose went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He thoroughly cleaned our carpets before we moved into our new home and repaired a permanent stain on the carpet as well. He is friendly and professional. Out of the many carpet cleaning businesses, we're so happy we called Jose! Highly recommended.

Jose was right on time and very professional and friendly. He completely restored my carpet and it looks so fantastic. It had a lot of stains and pet odor from kids and dog. His price was reasonable, $210 for basic cleaning and pet odor treatment. The other places I called were quoting $275+ and didn’t have nearly as good reviews as Jose. Highly recommend!
