I can’t say enough good things about this rug cleaning company! I brought them a wool rug that had been through a lot—my dog had been sick, and I truly thought the urine stains and smell were beyond saving. I was ready to throw it out. But Nolan, the owner, worked his magic! The stains are completely unnoticeable now, and the odor is completely gone. It smells fresh and looks beautiful again. I’m so grateful for their professionalism, attention to detail, and the care they put into restoring something I thought was lost. Highly recommend!

A flooded laundry room floor would lead to an important rug I purchased when I served in the Middle East becoming ruined. These rugs are irreplaceable since they are not made the same way as they were in the 90’s so getting it repaired was paramount. Nolan is the man!!!! I brought him a white wool rug that had a Starbucks coffee drink dumped out right in the middle and the stain was definitely permanent he got the stain out I think it was magic because I don’t know how he did it but the stain was gone TRULY A MIRACLE!!!!! Nathan's prices were lower than the other two companies in the Milwaukie-Portland area, and he cleaned and dried our handmade wool rug within 3 days of when we dropped it off. He educated us about how the rug had been made and how he would go about cleaning and drying it, and that helped us to appreciate the value of the cost of that service. We also bought a high-quality waterproof rug pad from him, which he cut to the correct size for our rug. I will definitely take our other wool rugs to him when the time comes to clean them.
