I have a short term vacation rental in Lincoln City. I had just left for vacation and within two days of arriving in the UK, I was advised by the renters that both my toilets and tub were backed up. I reached out to Ports Contracting on the Monday to see if they could help identify the issue. Not only did Drew and his wife identify the cracked sewer pipe, they had the work completed by Weds night. They were customer focused, reasonable, punctual and communicated along the way. The work was done to my utmost satisfaction, particularly as I was 7,000 miles across the pond. While nobody wishes for a sewer break, I would highly recommend Drew and his team. Thank you!

Drew and his crew went above and beyond in repairing our sewer lateral under the street. They kept me apprised of scheduling and work progress, repaired the broken lateral, AND found a roof leak in our house. We were not home, so they let me know about the issue and covered furniture with plastic. Thanks again!

Port’s was a lifesaver for us. 4:00 in the afternoon and while showering, the shower quit draining, the toilet wouldn’t drain, and water was backing up into the bathroom and draining down into the basement. A call to Port’s for help, and they were at the house in less than 30 minutes! They snaked the line clear out to the main and had the drain running smoothly again. They followed up by scoping the line as well to make sure there were no more issues. Their response time was better than one could hope for, they were professional, kind, and thorough. We had a major plumbing issue on a weekend and this company was referred to us by a seperate plumbing company. They went out of their way to make time for us, fixed the issue and corrected other things as they came up. They showed up on time, were professional, and got the job done. Thank you Port’s Contracting for you incredible service, prompt responses and working with my insurance company. After going without plumbing in my house for 4 days just due to my work schedule, I called out a plumber and drain co., who couldn’t fix the issue, they both said to call Port’s. Not only did Drew answer the phone right away, he and his crew were at my house within hours! Contractors like this are a rarity in Lincoln County! They found the broken sewer line late on a Monday afternoon and returned the next morning for the repair and to move my clean out in the yard vs., under my house with a 13” crawl space…and I was back with functional plumbing by mid afternoon after a long 6 days without. I won’t hesitate to call Port’s for any other issues and repairs in their wheelhouse.
