First delivery was fine back in May, good driver, good product, no complaints. This last time was the worst experience I've had. I gave them an address, they took it down wrong, went to a road that's not even the same town, and then blamed it on me. I sat there 2 hours and never got the product delivered, and I tried calling the driver to help literally 16 times! Then they wanted to charge me EXTRA to bring it the next day and continued to argue that I gave them the wrong address, as if I don't know my own address. You'd think they'd work with you after costing you that much time for a mistake they made... very disappointing and absolutely frustrating.
Always amazing help they have so many things you may need fabulous hardware store
I had them work on my back patio and it turned out so beautiful
