Who is better than Andy, Jordan, and Travis?! I can't forget Nancy in the Office as well, who was always a pleasure to work with! Purchasing a pool is a huge expense and can be extremely overwhelming. Especially if you never owned a pool. I had a contract with another Pool company out of Howell. A friend of ours referred Andy so I gave him a call. He came by the following day and was so so calm and knowledgeable. Being that Poseidon is a Family owned business, I knew I had to cancel my contract with the other company and sign one with Andy immediately. Thankfully, I canceled the contract with the other company within the contract terms so I received a full refund. Funny how that works! I had a fantastic experience with Poseidon Pools. Julissa was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process, and Jordan brought his expertise to the field every step of the way. Their price was extremely competitive—but what really stood out was the level of service, which far exceeded expectations. It was a pleasant and welcomed surprise. Highly recommended!

Run for the hills!! Had pool heater installed end of season last year. Pool was closed 2 days later. Pool was opened this year and used heater for first time. 2 days later heater was busted. Can not be fixed leaking water. Said it was due to unbalanced chemicals and the ph was too low. The heater was dumping copper into the pool and therefore can not raise the ph level. Pentair and Poseidon refuse to cover anything. Worst experience in business to date. Told me I’m out $7500. Compete rip off. Do not use this company!!!! It gets even better. Had a reputable company come out to install a new heater less than a month after buying from Poseidon. They found that the gas meter for my house was sized to handle 100k btu in total for my house yet they installed a 400k btu heater. The gas pressures

I had a wonderful experience with this family owned business. My pool is absolutely gorgeous. They are always there when you need them after the install. I highly recommend!
