BEWARE! While they did a good job on the driveway they killed many plants along the way. When I spoke to someone about it he told me “not to blow it out of proportion” “it was just a few leaves”. When he and his operations manager came out they said they’d replace the lantana that was affected. He gave me the spiel about their process but it didn’t matter since the plants were clearly dead. They came back with the wrong color lantana and in a text they sent acknowledged it. They went on to say that they were in and out of the plant place pretty quick and that the store would probably exchange them - which means I would have to take them back and deal with it. The soft wash service is expensive for what you get in return. I had my house and office washed. They were at my office for about 1 hour. It seemed like they were in a hurry to get it done and get onto the next job. They did not do a thorough job of cleaning. Several areas were missed and my windows were extremely dirt once they were complete. I called in a complaint and the crew was sent again the next day. They spent maybe 30 minutes making a minimal effort to clean the windows. I attempted to talk to the crew but they were not interested in talking. They don’t even take the time to rinse your porches clean from the dirt that comes off the walls. I do not recommend this service. You can do a better job with your water hose and a pump sprayer with diluted bleach. After my initial review,

Great company to work with! We live on the lake and our roof had a lot of black streaks on the backside facing the lake. It took several applications and even a call back when black streaks remained. Our salesman Jeremy took care of it immediately and made sure we were totally satisfied. We highly recommend!

Poseidon Power Washing cleaned a brick wall bordering our neighborhood. They performed a great job using a soft wash with environmentally safe chemicals. The price was reasonable and the results were great! Highly recommend their services!

This company is great, as a large commercial siding company they made themselves available last minute and charged an amazing price for the service the provided. Will definitely use them again and a big shout out to Jeremy Nelson. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.
