As a supplier, we entered into a business relationship with Posh Haus in good faith. They placed an order with us, and we fulfilled it promptly and professionally. We have all the documentation to support this transaction, including the purchase order and invoices. The products were delivered as agreed, and we expected timely payment and communication, basic standards in any business transaction. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened. After delivery, we reached out multiple times to follow up on payment. We called, emailed, and even sent SMS messages. Not once did we receive a response.
