ZERO STARS!! DO NOT TRUST LEAVING YOUR CAR HERE. They lost my car key and couldn’t find it for over an hour, they had no answers to where it could be and left us waiting and in the dark. It ended up going in a jacket “pocket” and went home with the worker for the whole night. Insane disrespect even though they made a mistake on their part. Took no accountability and very shady trying to say it could be “worse” and would have to tow the car (mind you we paid $120 for overnight parking) DO NOT GO HERE!!! There is another garage around the corner that you would be way better off going to without anyone stealing your property. Watch out for Abdul, he is the owner, manager, and the biggest con out there.

These guys will rip you off every chance they get. I wish I could leave zero stars. Their reviews are terrible across the board. I wish I read them before reserving a spot. They looked suspicious at 1st glance but thought I was ok because I prepaid online. My appointment took longer than expected by an hour & they charged me another $20 which had to be in cash. That alone is shady but bottom line is they charged me over $47 for 3 hours when all day charges are $40. I’m sure they have a high demand for spots & won’t be hurt by this review but look at the number of horrible experiences they have & stay away.

Terrible experience. We gave the attendant the card and code for my son's Tesla. When we returned they said we didn't leave the "keys" and tried to charge us $100 for "towing". They had used wheel jack rollers to move it. Hostile staff!

We waited nearly 30 minutes on the dark street for our car to be brought to us; we were finally told that the delay was due to the other cars parked in front of ours that had to be moved before our car could be retrieved.

Street parking in SF is always a gamble as a tourist. We did plenty research of where to park while visiting Union Square and glad we decided here. Price ($40 for the day) was steep compared to other general parking, but my family’s priority was security and peace of mind for our belongings in our vehicle. This isn’t a self parking garage either, it’s valet. Our mindset going in was to park secured vs risk the headache of vehicle damage and theft of our items. Recommend this place if your priorities match what our concerns were.
