My advice is that you write down the date, reason, and outcome of every repair visit. There might be many. Also, write the name of the repairmen and have him sign. Keep documentation!

I called them on March 5 over a week later they came out to diagnose my problem. Came out again over a week later with a broken used part. Said they would order another one over a week later I called them back no part. Couple of days later I called again. They said they found the new part on Their porch of the business, not normally where they would put packages. Came out again, same problem, used broken part I guess they expected me to wait around for me to go somewhere else where they could charge me the $80 service fee without doing anything. Don’t use this company. They have gone way downhill over the years. I called them for an appointment to have a technician come out to look at my thermostat, since the heat won’t come on. I explained that it’s a thermostat wiring issue and not a unit problem. I was told they’ll let me know when a technician is on the way. A technician never showed up and I never received a call on 11/22. I guess I’ll use another more reliable and professional company next time.
