My husband and I had an excellent experience with PCR, mainly with Paul Stanley. From the initial consultation (which was overwhelming considering our special circumstances) to the solar panel removal/ reinstall, and the roofing crew to clean-up. Frank Monroe's crew was extremely hardworking, professional and efficient. They knew we have pets and a toddler so they paid meticulous attention to the clean up details, for that we are grateful. Somehow, the crew completed our total roof replacement in one day (outside of the solar panel removal). They worked over 12 hours in the blistering heat. Our roof looks fantastic (with an amazing warranty) and now we can finally sleep with a peace of mind. Potomac Custom Remodeling were a very friendly and professional company with regards to the whole process for replacement of our roof. Paul Stanley was very knowledgeable about the whole process from start to finish and helped all along the way in dealing with our insurance company . The roofers worked hard , were very careful , and made every effort to protect the exterior of the house from debris . The clean up was excellent.

Keith was integral to the success of the project, managing the insurance company, scheduling, and close-out thoroughly. I’m very grateful to have had his experience managing the insurance company. He de-mystified a confusing process, recommended the best materials for the job, and worked around our schedule. The install team was polite, organized, and did a thorough job cleaning up our property before leaving. They paid extra attention to ensuring that our garden was protected from debris and did not trample our flowers. They completed the job in one day.
