Installation specialists Ken and Shamus did an outstanding job replacing my 21 year old Carrier furnace with a new Carrier unit! They did the job in a very reasonable amount of time, professionally and hauled away the old equipment after allowing me to inspect the issue(s) that required the unit replacement, per my request. Ken stayed long enough to run the unit through a few cycles to make sure all was well. Prior to that, the project estimator, Josh Prince found the unit that would best suit my homes heating requirements! Great job all the way a around! John B.

The Potter team are simply fantastic. Lloyd spent the time listening to my family's needs for HVAC, was thoughtful about our home and how to make a system work, and keep communication throughout the process. Shawm and Cazim arrived as scheduled, and with every step, respected our home and did absolutely fabulous work. Their ductwork was flawless, they were careful with the new system, and took the time to make sure every aspect of their work was perfect. They were complete professionals and our family is grateful to the entire Potter team.

Potter is such a reliable company, I’ve used them for years at my house for my furnace. Kyle from there is wonderful, he will take time to answer questions and taught us multiple things about our system. As a woman it’s nice to have a service provider that doesn’t condescend you or mansplain the entire time. He’s worked on the house without us there and had no issues. We’ll be requesting him for all our future needs if he’s available, but everyone at Potter from the scheduler to the service providers has been excellent.

The entire process was outstanding from the estimate, booking the install and installation day itself. Very professional. Kyle did a great his with the installation and took time to keep us informed throughout. Glad to support a Veteran owned business 👍. The picture below reflect the new Mitsubishi outdoor condenser unit with a little landscaping I just completed. The new mini split unit in the same spot as the 15year old Mitsubishi unit we replaced. I got 2 quotes for a new furnace install. Potter won with several factors making my choice. They quoted on Monday 02-02-26 and installed a new Carrier Infinity furnace on 02-05-26. They did a good job. I was happy with their work. The guys were nice, and new what they were doing in all phases of the job. They didnt mind me watching and answered all my questions. After turning gas back on my hot water tank would not light and they pulled the burner out and cleaned the pilot light parts and she fired right back up. Im very satisfied with it so far. Our old furnace was a 70 year old Lennox that honestly didnt owe me a dime. It was just time to send that old girl to the furnace cloud in the sky. Now saturday its -1 degree and the wind is blowing.
