Ace Hardware continues to stand out for one reason... Great. Customer. Service. I always get greeted quickly and helped by someone who actually knows what they’re talking about and cares. They’re also carrying more specialty brands now like Gerber and Kershaw knives, Victorinox Swiss Army, and even Panini trading cards at checkout. It’s a smart move that makes the store feel more curated and gives younger shoppers something to get excited about. I like the direction they’re heading. Pricing can run a little higher than Lowe’s or Home Depot, but the service and convenience usually make it worth it. If you want real help and a more personal shopping experience, Ace is a solid choice.

This store is awesome! Customer service... outstanding!. Went in looking for particular little metric size screws ( for a product made in Turkey)that no one else in town had. I got help from Dalton. He stuck with me and helped me try every possible screw that might have fit (size and thread). We didn't find a compatible screw, but I left there knowing we exhausted every possible option... thanks Dalton!

Stopped in here to get supplies for finishing boat dock ramp. Employees very helpful finding the right parts. Parking is not a problem.

Very helpful hardware store in Algood, TN. Every time I have gone there, the workers have been “friendly” and really “helpful.” Prices are not bad and have a decent variety of products. They can provide delivery for lumber yard items depending on I think a minimum cost (just call to find out).

I needed a plumbing part and didn't want to drive all the way across town to get it so I called Ace and sure enough they had it. Ordered it online while I was at work and when I got off work all I had to do was walk in the store and tell them my name and they already had it ready for me.
