James is amazing!!! He’s very professional and is transparent with us with everything he does. Our a/c quit on us at 1030pm on 6/20/25. We have someone who in the home going through radiation treatments and has issues being too warm, so we needed the a/c fixed fast. I called James at 1032, he was at our house around 1050 and he had it working with the parts he had on hand by 1100! He texted me the next morning to check in with us to make sure everything was okay. He came by today (6/23/25) to install the proper parts and worked so quickly he was here for less than 5 min. If you need an HVAC tech, for everything from regular yearly checks to emergency calls, James is your guy!

James is an excellent HVAC person. Our heater stopped working all of a sudden, and James was able to locate and fix the problem. Since our system was old, James had to do special ordering and installation to make sure that we were safe, and he did so quickly, thoroughly, and efficiently. I sincerely appreciate all the time and effort that went into keeping our home warm and safe. I highly recommend working with Potter, HVAC! They will take great care of you.

Absolutely amazing service from the owner James!! My air conditioner stopped working in the middle of an extreme heat wave and my house just kept rising in temperature. He came over super quick, was kind, professional and very efficient!! I highly recommend this company!!! They will take care of you!!

This is the only Heating and Air Conditioning company I will ever call. James is a fantastic owner and will do whatever it takes to make your unit work again. I’ve used Potter’s HVAC for both of my homes. Most recently I had contacted him at 9:00pm last Saturday because my AC had stopped working. He came out the very next morning sacrificing his weekend to help me out. Without question he able to trouble shoot the unit and get it working again. Hands down the most friendly and reliable AC technician we have in town. So grateful to have someone I can rely on.

James was always on time for our scheduled appointments, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and was very good at explaining how the AC system operated and what the issues with my system were. His demeanor helped put my mind at ease and he is just an awesome guy in general. He is my new, number 1 choice for all of my HVAC needs. Highly recommend!
