Tom's customer service and knowledge is unmatched and unwavering. From the time he opened his doors to present he has provided exceptional and dependable service to our "emergency" needs with our now 24 yo furnace. With this last occurrence, we were back up and running within an hour. Additionally, he generously shares the details on his fix and daily maintenance tips. In a world where great customer service and superior expert level of knowledge seem to be traits of the past, in comes Tom, to remind you it's still out there. Called up after having no hot water with my boiler for 4 days. Called a local heating repair companys, that pushed me off to calling around as they were too busy. Asked a friend who referred me to Powell Heating, and very thankful for that recommendation. Explained on the phone the issues I was having, and took the time to hear me out and offer me some options. Decided to schedule to have a tech come during business hours, and the technician was great. Willing to answer some questions I had on the boiler, walked me through what he was troubleshooting. Very clean work area, well organized finding parts and tools quickly. Powell heating will from now on be my go to company for future repairs and upgrades.
