Called him and he told me he would be there. And he was exactly on time that he said he would be! and showed me everything that was wrong. And told me the options and had quoted me 100$ less then the other contender. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Perfect service in my eyes.
He couldn't get a faucet to quit dripping so he called my wife picky because water only cost $4 for 1,000 gallons. So we're just supposed to let it drip? Idiot
