Hired them to put up Christmas lights. They asked for 50% down, which I was reluctant to pay. They showed my pictures of other clients’ homes they had done ( supposedly) I went to their office and met with Harvey, the owner, who ensured the install would be professionally completed. They came to install and didn’t bring adequate equipment so had to return to finish the next day. I was speechless when I pulled up to see the results. The lights were crooked, and extremely sloppy looking. I gave them another chance to repair, and when they showed up they didn’t have enough clips to complete the job. We had an excellent experience with this company! They installed our new lights and did an outstanding job from start to finish. The team was incredibly kind, honest, and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the work was done thoroughly and with great attention to detail. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about both quality and customer service, but they exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend!

We used Power Blast to install Christmas lights along our roofline on 11/25/2025 and everything was great. However, it's now March 6, 2026 and we still have our Christmas turned into Valentine's Day lights up. While I was patient due to cold weather and the assumption they were busy, I finally reached out on 2/11/2026 with no response. I reached out again on 2/13/2026 and was told the end of February-- while that was very annoying, at least it was going to get done. The company never came. I reached out on 2/28/2026 2/29/2026 and didn't receive a response. My husband then called and left a message and also sent text messages. Unfortunately for the owner, technology is hard; he left his read receipts on so we're aware that he was receiving our communication. I would not recommend this comp

Did use our own lights. Was told job would take 3 hours. Labor is charged by the hour. The outline of the house was not completed and they said there weren’t enough lights. Ok so make the house look the best you can with the lights you have. Charged for the extra time. When girl came for estimate was told it included the taking down of lights and when the job was complete was told the price did not include removal. All verbiage says installation and removal. Does not say specifically does not include removal if you use your own lights. Very disappointed!
