Power Carpet Cleaning

I had been looking for a way to get an area rug cleaned for my wife’s classroom. I’ve looked for various carpet cleaners, however, all the ones I have called we’re just way too expensive, not to mention the people I spoke with just had poor attitudes and showed complete disinterest in providing me with their services. I saw Power Carpet Cleaning and decided to give them a call. Jeff responded and he couldn’t have been more friendly. He offered to pick my carpet up in the evening under heavy rain that same day. Jeff was really courteous and easy going. He quoted me a fair price to clean my carpet. Jeff did an exemplary job on my 8 x 10 wool carpet. He was gracious, kind and professional. He provided me with his background in carpet cleaning and I was impressed. I called around and I believe I received excellent value and workmanship. I appreciated that he was honest and did not waiver when he was presented with the carpet. I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely return when necessary.

Needed an area rug cleaned and called their number on a Friday afternoon thinking I would get an answering machine, but Jeff the owner answered and was extremely friendly. He allowed me to drop off my rug Friday evening (around 6:30pm!), had it cleaned on site on Saturday, and I picked it up on Monday and it looked great!, all for a minimal charge! He did this to accommodate me while working around some large accounts he was also servicing at the time. I'm very impressed with the service and quality of this company and would recommend them to anyone!

Had other company come to my house to remove pet urine smell and stains on the upstairs carpet, none could remove either one, but Jeff got it all taking care of in one stop, want to get things done right the first time, if you live in South Florida, call power carpet cleaners, don't waste time with work arounds.
