DO NOT FALL FOR THE LIFETIME WARRANTY !! I first had a few windows replaced by this company, and later had my roof and gutters done by them as well. I paid two to three times more than local quotes mainly because of their heavily advertised “lifetime transferable warranty.” The window was installed first. This winter it had a simple closing issue and they pushed the service appointment out to April or May. I ended up fixing it myself. This was a warning. Two years after the roof replacement, this winter again , I noticed wet spots on my ceiling and wall, and even wet carpet — something that never happened before. Again, they scheduled the inspection for May and said they were too busy to come sooner. That makes the warranty feel meaningless when you actually need help. I ended up callin

100% Luiz and crew from Power Windows are fantastic! They installed our sliding glass door professionally and quickly. They also went above and beyond while finishing the work. I can’t praise them enough. They cleaned up as they went and left the work area spotless. I would recommend them without hesitation, every single time.

I am very impressed with Power Home Remodeling, their work crew’s punctuality, work accuracy , cleanliness and finishing of windows and doors internally and externally is just gorgeous. So happy with this experience not to mention the pre-installation experience, interacting with the sales person, the marketing person and the project manager are so genuine and nice and explanative. Do not go with them! Very disappointed! They increased the price after second estimate. They broke my tile floor when they installed. They didn’t fix it and they don’t want to pay for hiring someone else to fix it. They said they could only offer me a discount for future project which I won’t trust them anymore. Also the windows and doors only certified for south area of America. Ok, updated in 4 months. One of the window broken in 2 weeks after installing. One guy came after 2 months but he broke the new window when he tried to put it on. He said he will come back with the new replace window but never came back. Updating my original review: I previously praised the company for their friendly staff and helpful front-end process, and that still stands. However, the installation and follow-through had several issues. The first crew installed the door handle incorrectly, left a noticeable gap under the door frame, and left the inside and outside of my home messy. In fact, the handle issue wasn’t caught by the office. A member of the second crew noticed it himself and offered to fix it. During the first installation, a quality control representative stopped by but spent more time encouraging me to add additional work than making sure the current job was done correctly.
