Cory was amazing, he was straightforward and honest. He didn’t sell us anything unnecessary and he made us comfortable with our purchase. the installers were quick and professional. Sales process was very smooth. Explained everything clearly and worked to adjust job to fit into our budget on a new house. Installation was easy. Done in 1 day and all cleaned up. Installers did a great job of keeping us in the loop as to what was going on and any decisions that needed to be made. Also showed what we would need to do for the final trim work inside once complete. Appreciate how quality control inspection pointed out some things around the roof and doors that I would need to address but did feel that it becomes a bit of an over hard sell to fix that right then and there. The sales process is a bit pushy to act asap. All in all I highly recommend. They are very communicative. Almost to the point of nauseum.

We had a great experience with Power HRG. Although not the best price available, they offer a great product, they wouldn’t even let me get a lesser product that they can not warranty. The salesman Jacob was very professional, shown genuine compassion and very generous with the pricing. The installer George & his crew were on time and were respectful of our home. They cleaned up very throughly around house with magnets. The QA person, Kit, was on time and very throughout with his final inspections. Overall great experience with the gentlemen that I had the pleasure of meeting.

I have never had a company do such a wonderful job from beginning to end. The entire team is so wonderfully trained that the consumer can definitely feel confident that the job will be done very well and that they will leave everything in the best of condition. I would recommend this company with absolute total confidence knowing the quality service they will provide! They are absolutely wonderful and never just do the job and leave. They pick up and perfectly clean all the work area. They are caring and treat you with respect and caring. Wonderful service !!
