Power Landscape (Power Enterprises Inc.)

I want to say thank you for Power Landscapes for coming out to meet with me and discussing concerns with the landscape. They were willing to discuss issues. However, after meeting, the issues still remained. Improper planting, planting poor quality materials, and the resulting death of the material has left the landscape looking poor. To anyone considering using Power Enterprise to do an install for you: Buyer Beware! It may look beautiful when it is done, but the devil is in the details and what you don't see may cost you a year or more down the road. Make sure your landscaper follows ANSI standards when planting and installing trees. Inspect their work on other sites, and go back 5-10 years. Are the plants still healthy? Power is low bid for a reason. LOW QUALITY!

This landscape company is contracted to do the backyards, front yards, and continued maintenance for all Hubble built HOA's and has done an absolute TERRIBLE job with Mason Creek Landing in Caldwell. Had I known that I'd end up needing to replace most of the sprinklers in my front yard (and 1/3 of the sod) as well as the entire back yard, I would have opted to do it myself and ate the cost then. The grading in my backyard is horrendous, and there is zero rhyme or reason as to why they placed the sprinkler styles they did in the spots that they did. They didn't back fill any of the area where the center main line went, and i have a little "grand canyon" in my back yard that is a tripping hazard covered up with uneven sod and a yard that doesn't drain properly in the winter. Awful company. Terrible design work. Slow response to inquires. Poor quality of work done. I have a huge pool in my lawn due to poor draining that they installed and they refuse to do anything about it because it's "outside of warranty" by a few months. Avoid this company at all costs.

Not sure if they just didn’t care because they were doing landscape for a builder in a new neighborhood, or if they’re just not very good at all. Would not recommend this landscape company at all. Had to have our landscaping completely redone. I asked for mulch and didn’t want rock and they gave us “premium mulch” (ground up rock). Our grass was horrible and ended up installing turf. During the demo my turf company found 2x4s and garbage under the grass. The front yard hadn’t even been conditioned and the sod was laid on road mix! No wonder our grass always struggled.

These guys were contracted through my builder to do my front yard. I hired another party to do my back yard. After Power Enterprises finished the front, the other party started on the back yard. After they were finished with the back yard they found that Power Enterprises had installed a faulty valve which was causing the front yard to run continuously and not letting the back yard get water. I contacted Larry from Power Enterprises. He assured me he would have someone out there that day. No one showed up. After many attempts I got a hold of him that night, he assured me someone would be there the next day. I took off work, and no one showed up.
