Mark was on time professional did the job exactly like he told me he would do and actually exceeded my expectations of how well and how clean he got the surfaces he was super easy to work with there was no BS and I really appreciate how good of a job he did and how well he cleaned up the home before he left!! What a fantastic experience working with Mark! He has amazing pride in his work and runs a top notch company. He power washed our home and it looks like new again. He took amazing care in doing the soft wash so not to damage anything. He also cleaned our driveway. Three other people told us the large rust stain would never come out.

Amazing to work with, I am a landscape contractor and use them for my projects when we are done to do a clean up of the entire house or building. I definitely recommend them to anyone that needs to clean their roofs or house.

A couple months ago we got the letter from our Homeowners insurance company that our insurance was not going to be renewed due to mold and algae on the roof tiles. I was having a difficult time finding anyone who would insure our home here in California. After doing a little research I found Mark with Power Wash MD who cleaned our roof and took numerous before and after photos. I submitted to our insurance company and we were reinstated! Mark did an excellent job of cleaning the roof tiles and being mindful of my neighbors, as it's a messy job.

Mark did a fabulous job with our very dirty concrete. He is a professional and uses different applications and techniques depending on what is on the concrete, and is a great communicator with a very friendly manner. Very reasonably priced. Will be using his services again!
