Do not waste your money on extras! We had our townhome serviced including deck and add on window washing. First the house is 3 stories, and the ladders on their trucks must just be for decoration as they were not removed for access to the higher floors. Windows even after the additional service were left with streaks and spots, so you are going to still have to clean them yourself. The deck rails still contain a light reside which comes of if you rub your fingers over them and there are portions of the decking that still have dirt. They did offer to come back but when they did they only cleaned the windows they could reach from the ground and left. They never addressed the deck. If you don't have a rancher, look elsewhere as those ladders are just for show. Finally for good measure

I gave them 2 stars only because they did indeed clean the house. My home is white and was very dirty and had mold and mildew on portions of it. It is now a brilliant white again. That being said I have enclosed a photo of the portion of my lawn that was damaged buy dragging the chemical laden hoses across it. I spend a lot of time and money on keeping my lawn in top shape, hopefully this damage will not be long lasting. I was told during the estimate that plantings near the house would be covered to avoid chemical damage. It was not and some of the plants do have minor damage. I won't be using them again.

Power Washing Pro has done an excellent service for me and my family. We were supposed to get our home washed prior to the pandemic. However, that was delayed. After things settled down, we called Power Washing Pro back and they remembered us and had all of our home information in their system. That was very impressive not having to do all the surveys and photos over again. We had decided to get our entire house completed along with the roof and gutters. They did an excellent job and when they weren't able to get to certain parts of the house, they returned the next day with their entire team to get the job done. The team at Power Washing Pro did a great job washing my home and cleaning out the gutter. They were able to wash away all the dirt and mold off the siding of the house. The exterior of the home looks much brighter and cleaner than before! The team was also professional in nature and confirmed the services to be performed at the start of the job. I think the price is reasonable and definitely worth the effort that went in. The customer service department was also very responsive throughout the process, gave realistic timelines about availability, and gave me updates on when the team would be arriving on site. Will definitely use them again next time around!

I've used Power Washing Pro since last year, and they are fantastic people to work with. The quality of the service and the work itself is amazing. My house looks brand new on the outside. They did not leave the work until I was absolutely satisfied with the cleaning. Plus, the estimate was better than expected. I wouldn't want to use anyone else. Thank you!!!
