⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with POWERFLO in Staten Island. The workers, Eddie and Joe, were absolutely outstanding. They did an excellent job from start to finish—professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. What really stood out was how quickly they completed the work without cutting any corners. They were also friendly, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s not often you find a crew that combines skill, speed, and great customer service the way they do. Highly recommend POWERFLO, and especially Eddie and Joe, for top-quality work and a smooth, stress free experience.

I am extremely satisfied with my service with Power Flo on 2.3.26. Brian fixed my issue with my washing machine and was excellent. His customer service was top notch and he is a very nice person and I felt comfortable with him. He showed me a picture on his phone of the old pipe he changed and the new one installed. This is the second time I've used Powerflo and have been very pleased with the results. I was very pleased with communication, ability to make quick/emergency appointments, and the communication of main office and plumber that came to my home. I appreciated receiving text updates from an actual human being. My plumbee, Shawn, was great. He was very pleasant, professional, and very clear on what steps he could take to diagnose a problem, what step he thought was best to do before looking at other things to minimize both the work he would have to do and how much it might cost me. He was also very clear on specific costs for doing any particular work, as well as what was out of the scope of his responsibilities, and at no time did I feel pressured to do more than was necessary, or to just go

Just had a man by the name of Jimmy fix our sewer. What a great guy. He explained everything took extra measures to make sure the issue was resolved. He was very personable and professional. Great work! When we need this again, I will ask AWR for you guys, by name.
