I have used his service twice already. I like that he is straightforward on what can be done, and what may be too expensive to get done and not worth it. I find the pricing fair and the service itself quick and organized (he arrived when they say they will, send you a text when he is in route, etc.) The first time I call them was for an oven issue, got the job done great and we just called him again for a freezer issue. In both cases it shows that he knows what he is doing. Used the services twice and would use them again, no doubt.
