Parker was recommended by my Realtor for the inspection on a home we are looking to purchase. He was very easy to work with, knew what was needed for our financing requirements and talked me through his findings when he was done. Sent a thorough report with pictures and explanations of deficient items. He was quick too, had zero issue getting on his schedule for our option period and I was able to knock this off the to-do list on the third day of a ten day option. Affordable as well.

Parker was professional, prompt, thorough, and helped us understand different aspects of the inspection. He helped us have the information we needed to negotiate repairs and to make an informed choice as we moved forward with the home purchasing process.
