I'm in my 60s and I'm an owner of a condo in Baltimore County. I first did business with Practical Plumbing & Heating back in 2008 when I needed my gas fireplace serviced. I've been doing business with Bill Patton of Practical Plumbing & Heating Services ever since that first call in 2008. He's a licensed Master Plumber with over 25 years of experience servicing customers in the Maryland area. Unlike other companies, such as Len the Plumber or Roto Rooter, He is honest, reliable, and reasonable, but that also depends on the job. Recently, I smelled gas in my laundry room, I called 911, and they confirmed it was coming from a hose connected to my furnace. We had a great experience with Practical Plumbing. Bill was extremely nice and professional. We called him with a stopped up toilet. He came the same day we called and he arrived at the exact time he said he would. Bill was very careful to cover the area he worked with a tarp. He worked quickly and his price was fair. I would not hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.
