I worked with Beth for our initial build and again when we finished the basement. She was always very friendly, quick to respond to emails, gave dates that they could live up to and helped in getting us a quality installer for the cabinets. Maybe not the cheapest, but when it comes to this sort of thing, you get what you pay for - customer service is a big piece of that and Beth delivered in a big way.
