Not enough words to put together for an accurate description of how amazing this company is. We did't even know our roof was in trouble until Brady Bauer came knocking. We thought our 4 year old roof (25 year shingle) was good. Brady was exceptionally friendly and pointed out in laymen's terms, the issues our roof had. USAA was amazing and work was approved in 3 days. Once work started, they found some SERIOUS issues that would not have been covered by the initial insurance claim. Cody and Brady came to our house, sat with us at our kitchen table as Cody calmly called the adjuster and received approval for the additional work. My wife and I literally didn't have to lift a finger. Cody took care of everything, his team of workers (also top-notch), worked almost straight through and finished

We had an excellent experience with this company. Cody Pratka was very professional and explained each step along the way. He utilized the best materials and even corrected numerous problems left by the previous roofers at no charge. The crew was conscientious and maintained a clean workplace. They picked up all debris and nails and were very courteous and respectful. I highly recommend Cody and Pratka Construction!

Cody and his team are wonderful. We had a situation that needed to be addressed quickly, and it was! He delivered well above our expectations. He responed quickly when called. He was very professional. The team that replaced our roof was on time, very efficient and did an excellent job. They also cleaned the job site thorougjly. I would call him again without hesitation and recommend him to anyone.

Ten stars, if I could. Cody and his team are absolutely the best. Cody replaced our roof. From estimates to finish, everything was great. He explains the process, the details, and the results are above expectation. I would use him for any project. He answers every question, responds quickly, goes above and beyond expectations, he checks everything and doesn’t settle for “ok”. This is a great, trustworthy company.

I have lived in my house since 1974. I have had many roofs over the years . Pratka Construction is by far the best! Cody was a pleasure to do business with. He worked well with my insurance, took care of everything. Very professional . His crew did an awesome job, even did some repairs on my roof. Everything was done as requested and on time. Overall a perfect job. Cody and Pratka Construction are my go to construction guys. I highly recommend !
