We were having heat & hot water issues for 2 days. We were waiting on our propane company to do an emergency call and 8 hours later still nothing. We were able to get in touch with Pratti Mechanical on a Saturday. John came up and fixed it within an hour. Thank God they were able to come and very efficient/exceptional service.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Pratti Mechanical deserves to be shared. Last year, they replaced the venturi system in my furnace. This year, I called them after hearing rumbling noises and requested a routine yearly maintenance. I was told I was “in the parking lot” for three days. On day three, after calling for an update, I was informed they don’t normally service my area and needed approval from the boss. During that call, I reminded them we had no heat or hot water. They claimed I hadn’t mentioned the hot water issue before, but said they’d try to bump us up. Two more days passed—by Friday, they told us they couldn’t service our furnace at all. Excellent service. From the phone call to inquire about installation of a hot water heater, scheduling, and the techs themselves. Got lucky and was able to get it done the very same day I called. I can't recommend them highly enough.
