Lance, the owner of this company, is very responsive to my commercial business needs as well as my personal residential needs. He has worked for me for approximately 15 years. He stands behind his work, is a very loyal business owner to me as a customer, and is responsive no matter what day or time I call him. I have called him during and after hours on a week day, as well as any time of day or night on holidays or weekends. He has even responded to emergency calls in the middle of the night. Lance provided a great service and did an excellent job on our tankless water heater installation. He cleaned the area when he was done and it was neater than when he started. Lance was very professional, he was on time, explained everything, provided options and was very through. We were very impressed with Lance and with his knowledge and workmanship. Lance appeared infact little earlier than expected which made my schedule easy, and I liked his services very much. He was able to successfully complete the repair work on my water heater. Lance came an hour and 20min late, didnt call when he was on the way. Refused provide paperwork or history from last or current visit to ny home. Was snarky and rude whe I asked questions about what he needed to do verses what the HOA requested. Tried to take a photo of me for the HOA but they said they never heard of that and would not request a technician take a photos of the homeowner. He felt racist.
