Roberto fixed the flashing issue on my roof and also gave great advice for future longevity of the roof. He was right on time, worked quickly and clearly communicated.

We had an old shingle roof removed and replaced with a new metal seamless roof. We also had our chimney removed, and gutters replaced. Our project manager was very responsive and upfront about the entire process. It ended up being about 4 days of work, and photos were taken throughout the process to show any additional damages and repairs. I feel Precise did an honest, thorough, respectful and quality job. The new roof and gutters look amazing. We are very satisfied with the work.

Had my decades old metal roof replaced with shingles. Roberto did an excellent job explaining the cost differences between replacing it with another metal roof or converting over to shingles. When his workers found extensive wood rot underneath, he was prompt with providing me with an updated estimate.

We had a very good experience with Precise Roofing. Roberto came to assess my roof and gave me a realistic expectation on the likelihood of my insurance company covering it. He took comprehensive pictures of the hail damage during the first visit and prepared weather data for my home over the last few years. He worked directly with my insurance company, who had so much evidence of hail damage that they didn’t even go up on the roof to inspect for themselves. Roberto’s patience and product knowledge came in particularly handy when we chose the materials. The installations were perfect.
