Precision Air

I have used them a couple times for my business. Each time they have fit us into their schedule, responded very quickly, and had us up and running in no time. Excellent customer and equipment service!

On monday another HVAC person left me in a tough situation. Tuesday morning I set out to get my sick parents mini split system back on line. One of the places I called was Precision Air. The phone receptionist was very professional and sincerely kind. She said she would do all she could to have a tech there the same day. Imagine how thrilled we were when Jake called later that afternoon to let us know he was on the way. On arriving he was thorough, pleasant and made my parents feel good about the outlook for their system. My mom went to the E.R. today and I was so happy to take her home to a comfortable temperature in her apartment. One less worry can mean so much! I am extremely grateful.

Precision Air has been to my home on several occasions, the last time to replace my old furnace and air conditioner. I could not be more pleased with their fast, affordable and friendly service. Thank you Cory, Dustin and employees of Precision Air.

Would never recommend this place to anyone. They were quick to come out and assess the problem but never ordered my parts to fix my heat nor have I got a call from them with any kind of an update even after calling and leaving a message. So had to call another company to get parts ordered so we could have heat in our house. This place doesn’t seem to care about anyone but themselves. We went 19 days without heat because we kept waiting for a call back till we finally had to call someone else and they had no problem getting our parts here and getting heat back on.
