I was refered to Precision Blasting by a friend in construction, and now I know why. Their team showed up with serious equipment, handled the job without disrupting our neighbors, and kept the site clean. Zero complaints.

Blasting is happening on our street here at Maple Street Commons...Carrollton, GA. Started on August 12th, just experienced blast number 4, (earthquake) 10 minutes ago, September 9th 2022 at 12:22PM. Building shook...I have called Precision Blasting 4 times to discuss my concerns regarding our building structure. Each time the blast gets stronger... no returned call. NOT HAPPY!

Beware. My house and neighbors houses were showered with mud and rock by a blast that this company just made. Blast was only about 400 feet behind my house. Residence were not notified prior to the blast. City also claims they were not notified Even the builder was unaware it was happening. Debris was all over my back yard, side yard and even into the neighbors yard across the street. Damage to the back of the house by hand size rock and mud that hit the house. Lateral spread is over ~ 500ft or more. Covers three to four lots wide. City inspector tells us to be on the lookout for cracking and possible foundation damage due to the seismic shock and close proximity of the blast to the homes. Gross miscalculation and negligence in my mind. Beware!

This company has been blasting behind my shop for about a month now. I always get a phone call to tell me when the blast is happening and I always look forward to my morning chats with Melissa. It has to be done and it is always nice to get a heads up.
