Precision Building & Remodeling

We had Joe and his crew install a new metal roof and siding on our cabin. They ran into a few structural issues with the entryway - they fixed the issue and did a great job on the roof (including sky lights) and the siding. We will use Joe again for our future projects.

I was in need of a new set of stairs to get into the house. Joe was clear and concise in his estimate, and stayed true. He and his crew were on time, professional, and even put up with some rain while getting the job done. I will definitely use them again, Thanks!

Joe is an excellent contractor and has done the following work in our home in separate instances: bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, exterior siding replacement, sunroom rebuild and new gutters He finished within defined time lines for each project and was approachable during the project for questions. He provided pictures of the place to show progress when we were unable to be there day to day. He is a pleasure to work with and he does excellent work. He was initially recommended to us through friends and I recommended him to 2 others where he has completed their projects (another bath remodel and siding replacement).

Joe and team were amazing. He took the time to meet with us and hear what our vision was for our deck. The crew did a great job with tear down and the new construction. He even came back to add a small railing we decided we wanted after it was done. I would highly recommend Joe and Precision Building and Remodeling.
